A restaurant management system I tested end-to-end as QA — improving stability and catching bugs before release.
RestroX is a full restaurant management system — orders, kitchen, inventory, staff and finance. I joined as QA at Black Tech and tested it end to end before release.
- Wrote and executed functional test cases across the order-to-payment flow, kitchen operations and inventory
- Tracked defects through to resolution and improved defect detection by roughly 25%
- Automated repetitive test procedures to cut manual effort on each release cycle
- My first professional software role — and where I learned that products are made reliable long before users see them
